HLTTV Member Price - The Carer - Partnering a Transplant Recipient

Two of our community members, Carey and Laura Denholm, have just published a book about their transplant journey and the vital role that carers play. 'The Carer: Partnering a Transplant Recipient' also has lots of practical advice and support information for carers.

Carey and Laura have very generously given us permission to sell the book as a fundraiser for the programs that we run to assist heart and lung transplant recipients, their carers and families.
